"We Deliver"

The selection of insurer is based upon the ability to “Deliver”. In many cases we are able to lodge claims with no claim form completion. We believe that the client management and ultimately the claims service can and will be managed by our team of professionals.

If the need arises to make a claim contact our Claims Coordinator (add Link) who will assist you with the process to ensure that it is smooth and time efficient process. Should you emergency occur on the weekend and you need a more immediate response we have provided the emergency contact for our underwriting partners.

We have also provided our standard claim form, these can be used to lodge a claim in most cases and may be useful to collate the information that will be required when you lodge your claims with our Claims coordinator.
