What is covered?
Legal Liability
Limit $10,000,000 – Provides cover for the Sport, both National, State and Club level, including participants, coaches, adjudicators & volunteers.
Professional Indemnity
Limit $5,000,000 – Covering Coaches & Adjudicators.
Disability Cover
Covering participants, coaches, adjudicators, officials & volunteers for the following schedule of benefits:

Medical. 85% of the non-medicare expenses up to $2,000. Government legislative and legal conditions prevent your insurer from paying the medicare gap. Under the policy you can claim physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, private hospital bed fee and theatre fee, dental and ambulance expenses up to the limit specified above.
What is not covered?
- Costs associated with MRI scan
- Costs incurred with the prevention of injury. For example, knee braces, mouth guards, ankle braces.
- Costs associated with the breakage of dentures, optical lens, and spectacle
- Expenses incurred for which Medicare benefit is payable
- Expenses incurred more than 12 months after the date of injury
- Accounts covered by ambulance service whether claimed or not
- Accounts covered by private health insurance whether claimed or not
Directors & Officers Liability
Limit $1,000,000. Cover for National Executives and appointed executives of National Sub committees, State Executives, committees and sub committees. CLUBS EXCLUDED.

- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Wrongful termination of employees (excess $20,000)
- Insufficient administration or supervision
- Waste of asserts
- Misleading reports or other misrepresentations
- Libel & Slander
- Failure to deliver services
- Acts beyond granted authority
